Is the sound quality the same as earbuds?
It's a different experience. While you won't get the "noise cancelling" isolation or deep base of earbuds or over-ear headphones (which is the whole point!), the sound is crisp, clear and rich.
Do I need to have my phone with me to listen to my music, podcast or audiobook?
It gives you the best of both worlds! These headphones feature Bluetooth 5.4 so you can stream spotify, audible, or podcasts directly from your phone. However, they also have built-in MP3 player with 32GB storage which can hold thousands of audio files. This means you can load your audio directly onto the headphones and leave your phone at home.
Can I take calls with the headphones?
Yes you can. The built in microphone means you can answer calls at the press of a button when connected via bluetooth.
Can I wear them in the pool or bath?
Yes you can. These headphones are waterproof, but we don't recommend wearing them in the ocean as the salt water may eventually damage them. By the way, bluetooth doesn't work under water, so you will need to switch to MP3 player mode to listen. Just remember to load your audio before you go!
Will they fall of if I go jogging or swimming?
No, they will not fall off. They have a wrap around design made from a flexible titanium and silicone frame which provides a gentle & secure fit.
Can I still use them if I'm wearing my glasses?
Yes you can. The wrap around design is slim and sits comfortably alongside the arms of your glasses.
How do I add my playlist onto the headphones if I want to use the MP3 player not bluetooth?
It's a simple process. Just follow the instructions in the booklet that came with your headphones. You will need to connect the headphones to the device where your audio is stored - for example your laptop - and then drag and drop the audio files from wherever they are stored on your device and drag and drop the audio files into the MP3 folder. By the way, you will find your headphones come with two audio tracks pre loaded, we hope you enjoy them. They are placed on all headphones as part of the quality testing that is completed on all our headphones.
Will people be able to hear my audio?
Others may be able to hear your audio if you have the volume turned up very high, which we don't recommend to keep your ears healthy. But if you do choose to listen at very high volume levels, then yes, others may be able to hear your audio.
