Warranty Policy

Our StayAware open ear headphones come with a standard 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects or issues that arise from the manufacturing process or that occur under usage within normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage or issues that are caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, neglect, modifications, accidents or any unauthorized repairs.
